Refund Policy – All Sales Final

All items are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless otherwise stated at the sole discretion of the company.

In rare cases where a refund or partial refund is considered. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required, and the request must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order.

To inquire about a return, please contact us at keepingitkute24@gmail.com. If a return is authorized, we will provide the return address and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted or sent back to the sender.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If an exception is made for a return, you may place a new order after the original return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled by law to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved, you’ll be notified, and the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
